Kojo is a Business Process Improvement Analyst with information technology background and has over 20 years experience in banking and the financial sector. He had previously worked with some leading banks in Africa and Ghana in particular, managing Systems and Processes function within the West Africa sub region. He has also held Programme Management Africa portfolio and a Group Management role in Business Process Improvement.

He is a product of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Nottingham Trent University UK and holds a B.Sc. Computer Science degree and PGDP in Management. He had had some engagement with Central Bank projects such as Real Time Gross Settlement module and Auto House and Clearing System. He has also undertaken several projects in the United Kingdom and other African countries including South Africa, Botswana, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Ivory Coast and Sierra Leone in the area of Payments and Treasury processes involving Technology and Operations systems integration and optimization, including design and setup.
